Common Questions
FAQs About Screen Printing in New Braunfels
Is screen printing better than digital printing (DTG)?
For bulk orders and simple graphics, yes. Screen printing is faster, cheaper for high quantities, and generally more durable for workwear and athletic gear used in New Braunfels.
Can you print on performance wear/polyester?
Yes. We use special “low-bleed” inks and grey underbases to prevent the dye from the polyester shirt from changing the color of the ink (dye migration).
Can you match my brand colors?
Because of the setup time involved in burning screens and aligning the press, screen printing is best suited for orders of 12-24 pieces or more.
Does screen printing last through washing?
Absolutely. When cured at the right temperature (which we monitor closely), screen printing resists cracking and fading better than almost any other print method.
